Question:
I have just registered. How do I look at someone's Profile.
Answer:
To view a Profile, you must first go to a listings page. The buttons to navigate are down the left. When you find a Profile you would like to view, just click on their photo to open their Profile. From here you can read about them and the services they offer, send them a message, or make a booking for a service.

Question:
How do I buy Credits?
Answer:
Your Credits are controlled in the Bank Section. You can buy credits from there, send them to other users, and also see your credit history, ie. Credits that have been sent to you, and Credits you have spent.
You can also click on the Adult-Playrooms Credit Card symbol. Clicking on this will take you to the Bank.

Question:
How do I add Profile Picture?
Answer:
Now you have registered, "My Profile" button is dispayed. Click "My Profile" then "Edit" then "Update your Image" "Browse" to find an image from your PC or CD & "Upload to add the image.

Question:
How do I add Premium Pictures?
Answer:
Click on "My Profile" Click on "Gallery User Panel" Then click on "New Picture". Add a title then select "Paid Pictures" from the drop down menu. Click "Browse to find an image on your PC or CD. Click "Upload" to add the selected image.
You can upload multiple images at once by clicking on the "Add more upload fields" link.
Don't forget to check the "Photos" selection in "Categories" and add pricing for your Pictures in the "Pictures" Section. These can be found via "My Profile" "Edit" then "Update your Profile"

Question:
I am selling a Premium Gallery. Is there a certain number of images required?
Answer:
Yes. Premium Galleries should contain no less than 25 images. Galleries with less than 25 images will not be accessable by other members from your Profile, so you will not be able to obtain payment for them.

Do my images have a file size limit?
Answer:
Images should be no smaller than 400 pixels and no larger than 800 pixels. Images that are too big will be resized to the maximum file size. Images that are too small will be removed. If after removal you have less than 25 images, your gallery will be removed. (See previous FAQ)

Question:
Can I add free images to my Profile?
Answer:
You can add a maximum of 3 free images to your profile. Click on "My Profile" then ""Gallery User Panel" then "New Picture". Add a title and select "Free Pictures" from the drop down menu. Click "Browse" to select an image from your PC or CD. Click "Upload" to add the selected image.

Question:
How do I add a Movie Clip to my Profile?
Answer:
Click on "My Profile" Click on "Gallery User Panel" Then click on "New Picture". Add a title then select "Video" from the drop down menu. Click "Browse to find an mpg file from your PC or CD. Click "Upload" to add the selected mpg file.
Don't forget to check the "Movies" selection in "Categories" and add pricing for your Movie Clip in the "Pictures" Section in the "Price for Video Viewing" field. This can be found via "My Profile" "Edit" then "Update your Profile"

Question:
I offer a service but do not sell images. Do I have to upload a Profile image?
Answer:
Yes. Even if you do not sell pictures, people still need to know what you look like. A profile is incomplete without an image. Incomplete profiles will be removed.

Question:
How do I book online services?
Answer:
Residents offering online services have booking forms displayed on their Profile Page. Complete the form and Click "Send Message" The Booking information will appear in the Recipients internal messaging inbox, and the required Credits will be deducted from your account. If online, they will reply to your message to either decline the booking, or, accept it. If the booking is declined your Credits will be returned. If the booking is accepted, the Credits will be transferred from your account. When the Credits have been received, the service provider will send you their messenger details or phone number as required.

Question:
How do I buy items for Sale? There is no option for these items in the booking form facility.
Answer:
Users can transfer credits to each other using the bank. There is a form on there to send Credits. When you send the Credits, the recipient will receive a message telling them they have credits, who they are from, and what they are for. **PLEASE NOTE** Please make sure you spell the recipient's username correctly when sending Credits, or they will not receive them * And what the payment is for, as the user cannot supply you with goods or services if they don't have full details.

Question:
I am registered as a Service Provider, but I do not see a booking form on my Profile. I see them on other profiles. Is there a fault on my profile?
Answer:
Booking forms are not visible to the Profile owner, as you do not need to book yourself. Your booking form is visible to other users as long as you are listed in the correct sections, and have completed your "My Items & Services".

Question:
How do I set my Prices?
Answer:
To set your prices for Services, go to My Profile, update My Profile, My Items and Services. Complete the Service/Price boxes at the bottom of the page.
To set your prices for Premium Gallery access, go to My Profile, Update My Profile, Pictures.
All Prices should be set in Credits. adding symbols for currency will disable your gallery access.
If you are listed as offering a Service but do not set your fees, you will not have a booking form. A memberof the team will set your fees for you to enable your booking form at a rate of 1.5 Credits per minute if no fees are added.

Question:
How do I know if I have a booking?
Answer:
Completed booking forms are sent to your "Messages" inbox. You will be notified to your own email inbox that you have a message waiting for you on Gay-Playrooms. If you have received a booking, you need to accept or decline it. To do this go to Bank, then past payments I have received. There will be an option to accpet or decline in the far right column. If you do not accept the booking you will not receive your credits. Check that you have received the correct Credits before giving out your messenger details or phone number.
If you have added a current mobile phone number, you will also be notified that you have a booking waiting by sms message.

Question:
Where do I send and receive messages?
Answer:
Once you are registered and logged in, there will be a button on the left to take you to "Messages"
You can send and receive, and reply to your messages here. You will be notified that you have messages waiting via your email inbox.

Question:
I cannot see the "My Profile" or "Messages" buttons listed. Where have they gone?
Answer:
These buttons are only visible to registered users when they are logged in. If you cannot see them, check you are logged in at the bottom left column. If you are logged in your username will be displayed above the "logout" button

Question:
How do I make myself Available to other users, so that they can book my services?
Answer:
To be available, you must log into the site. While you are logged in you will appear online to other users. In place of where you entered your log in details is an availability log. Enter the number of hours you will be available for in this box, and click apply. If you do not set your availablity when you log out (or you are logged out after 30 minutes inactivity), your status will change to offline. When your availability is set, when you logout, your online status will change to "Available".

I am an escort, how do I get listed?
Answer:
Select "Escort" in categories. Go to "My Profile" then "Edit" then "Update Your Profile" then "Categories". Once you have done this you will be listed in the "Escort" section. Please make sure you have uploaded your main profile image. See previous FAQ re showing Available to your customers.

Answer:

Question:
I am a kiss-o-gram/stripper, how do I get listed?
Answer:
Select "Kiss-o-Gram" in categories. Go to "My Profile" then "Edit" then "Update Your Profile" then "Categories". Once you have done this you will be listed in the "Kiss-o-Gram" section. Please make sure you have uploaded your main profile image. See previous FAQ re showing Available to your customers.

Question:
I am a Mistress, how do I get listed?
Answer:
Select "Mistresses" in categories. Go to "My Profile" then "Edit" then "Update Your Profile" then "Categories". Once you have done this you will be listed in the "Mistresses" section. Please make sure you have uploaded your main profile image. See previous FAQ re showing Available to your customers.

Question:
Are any Booking Fees applicable for Escort, Model, Mistress, or Kiss-o-Gram?
Answer:
Booking Fees are no longer required.

Question:
Where do I view and Manage my Credits?
Answer:
In the Bank page. The main page shows the amount of credits you have on account, and is also where you send credits to other members. This page also has 2 clickable links "Past Payments I Have Sent" and "Past Payments I have Received" Click on these for a detailed view of how you have received and spent your credits.

How much is 1 Credit worth?
Answer:
1 Credit= £1 Sterling

Question:
How do I exchange my Credits for cash?
Answer:
You can cash in your earned Credits when your account reached 50 earned Credits. email us at
payments@gay-playrooms.com and we will send you a Bank Transfer/Cheque form. We will deal with all completed bank transfer requests Fortnightly on a Friday, for payment to reach your account the following Friday. All payments are subject to a fee of 20% to cover our bank processing charges. Payment Requests by Cheque are only for people with no bank account and will be Posted out Fortnightly on a Friday.
